Is There A Way To Retrieve My Settings

Unfortunately, a video program I was using locked up my PC, leaving me no choice but to hold down the power button. CTRL+Alt+Delete didn’t work.
After restarting the PC, Notepad++ and another program were screwed up. My background color, text size, text color, toolbar size, tab color, and the ability to open all tabs after launching Notepad++ are shot.I reinstalled, but that didn’t work. Is there a way to recover those settings without fixing them manually?
