[Plugin update] ACCPC v1.4.1 (renamed to PHP Autocompletion)

I’m happy that the Notepad++ project has a new platform and a new place for the community. I too took some time to move my plugins from SF to GitHub and would like to make the first plugin related announcement.
Plugin ACCPC has been updated to version 1.4.1
