I hope I can make this clear but basically what I’m trying to do is click the very limit of any given line (all the way to the right of the page right up against my column limit/border/where text skips to the next line) and begin writing say a date, without it skipping to the next line.

The goal in this case would essentially be to write say “August 18, 2015” and place it perfectly up against the edge of the page without any space away from the edge and without having to use backspace/space bar to do it in a sloppy way.
