        I’ve asked to remove the ANSI version of Hungarian translation from installer, in PR #1789.

          Note: Menus in Folder As Workspace panel, are not in original XML, and no unofficial items are either found, so those are not translated.

                                I don’t think that these postings are necessary or serve a purpose? Please correct me if I’m wrong.

                                  @alan-kilborn ,

                                  Considering that translations lag the release, it serves to let Hungarian-translation users know they can manually update their translation to match the recent version.

                                  None of the other translators provide this service that I have noticed, but it doesn’t bother me that it’s here. (And since it’s confined to this single thread, rather than a new Topic every version, I think you might be able to unwatch/ignore this Topic to keep it out of your feed.)

                                    It doesn’t bother me, I was just wondering as to its purpose.

                                      It’s just a documentation for me. Kind of logging my work to here. It’s about to provide some consistency for Hungarian translation, so Hungarian users could see it’s maintained.

                                      And I put the Pull Request numbers references here so later I can easily find them in GITHUB.

                                      I keep track more detailed on my webpage here, but it’s most probably not read by anybody. :)

                                      In addition, this could be a place to discuss if any Hungarian user has an issue. But nobody complained here so far. :)

                                          Hi!

                                          I’ve updated the Hungarian language file to be compatible with the latest version (8.7.1) of Notepad++.

                                          This is a major, complete and up-to-date re-translation of this file, including:

                                          • Translating the missing terms
                                          • Adding missing accelerator letters (also for dialogs)
                                          • Correcting the previous spelling errors (e.g. capitalization)
                                          • Re-translating the inaccurate expressions more accurate
                                          • Re-translating the outdated terms

                                          Pull request: #15824
