Hyperlink problem

I have hyperlinked the subheadings I want and they are fine but the sub heading ‘Suburb’ is also hyperlinked in IE page, and I don’t want it to be, l want it to be as per ‘City centre’ title not hyperlinked, any idea why this is happening see HMTL text attached ?
