I wonder if there is a plugin for something like 47197D2D-CACF-4059-AAE7-62A9BE00B467.Diagnose.0.etl files?
I would like to know what is in this file to solve the diagnosed problem.Regards

I went searching on Google and got an answer in less than 1 minute, you could have done the same.
Try this website.It would seem these are diagnostic files generated by Windows which may help to sort out application issues. They appear to be shrunk, so they may be “binary” in nature (from the website … written to a log and stored in a compressed binary format in order to reduce the amount of space occupied). If so then Notepad++ is the wrong application to open them.
Do some research on the Internet to establish what you should be using instead to read the content.
