How do i make this?

Im new to Notepad++ and right now im making a Minecraft Server with some people.
I dont own it but i help around with the plugins.
Now i dont really know how to make this + that expands.
Now this plugin is MythicMobs and i think its using YAML and Ruby.

If someone can tell me i will be thankful alot. -
this plus sign is assigned by scintilla component and triggered by the lexer
by defining some flags. If you already see this within npp,
it is just a matter of finding out how the related lexer defines its folding rules.Cheers
