      I’m trying to do a UDL for the GIFT format, which uses blank lines as a delimiter (for question separators). It seems that there’s no way to get UDL to recognize blank lines (I tried ((EOL))((EOL)) to no avail. I could not find any documentation for supplying regex’s inside the UDL definition, either.

      So, is there another way to achieve syntax highlighting for GIFT inside NPP (via plug-in, etc.)?

        @fuhrmanator

        may I ask for what you need to define the blank lines?
        If I understand this correctly, it is only used to let the GIFT engine know when
        an new question starts.
        Even if it could be done, it doesn’t get visualized.

        What am I missing?

        Cheers
