Document Map doesn't move with window with Windows' "Show window contents while dragging" is off

When Show window contents while dragging (swcwd) is on and you drag the Notepad++ window the Document Map moves with the window too. However when it’s off and you drag the Notepad++ window, the window only moves once you’ve let go of your mouse as expected, however the Document Map only moves once you’ve started dragging not finished. Expected behavior: The Document Map moves to the proper position after you’ve moved the window with swcwd off.
