WHat is the statusbar?

Hello. I think my program is not Notepad++ but the regular notepad, yet I still hope you all can help me.

In this picture, is the statusbar the entire thing in red (The upper red thing is just me censoring the name of the file, i’m talking about down at the bottom) Or is the statusbar just the Ln1, Col 1 thing? -

The screenshot you linked us of Microsoft’s notepad.exe, which is a completely separate product compared to Notepad++, which is the editor discussed in this forum.
That’s like going to a Windows forum to ask a question about your Mac. You might find someone who could answer your question, but it’s off topic.
But it’s such a generic question that I will answer:

The status bar is the entire bar. The text is just the content of the status bar. Why the distinction matters to you is beyond me, but there you go.
