 Save the file! and you can move to new instance. It can’t do it to an unsaved file.

This is clearly pointed out in the documentation that @Terry-R linked: If the current file is currently not modified (so no unsaved changes), you can also either Move to New Instance or Clone to New Instance…

 Remember to save your file first. Once saved, you’ll be able to transfer it to a new instance. This operation isn’t possible with unsaved files.
