Plugin Admin bug

I’m running the 8.1.5 RC2 and noticed the Plugin Admin is not showing plugin updates. In fact, the “Installed” tab is just showing the latest version of each plugin I have installed, not the actual installed version.

Using the RC thread first before opening a Notepad++ issue. I narrowed down to the particular commit which does change the pluginsAdmin.cpp file.
